LOA Watercraft Solutions Ltd. is established in October 2022. Prior to founding our ship design and consultancy office, we built up extensive experience as employed engineers and independent consultants, working with a wide range of Hungarian and international design firms. Building on this background, we offer client-focused engineering services that rely on proven methods while embracing continuous development and innovative thinking to deliver effective solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.
Our project management is based on the principles of Agile Project Management—widely used in software development—which supports flexible collaboration, ongoing improvement, and efficient problem-solving.
In recent years, our firm has played an active role in the Hungarian maritime sector, both as a primary contractor and as a subcontractor. Within the fields of ship design and shipbuilding, we have established a reliable professional background and strong partnerships, enabling us to confidently manage complex projects. Drawing on our experience in multi-stakeholder development processes, we collaborate effectively with co-designers and, when required, support the production phase as design supervisors in close cooperation with workshop project managers.
One of our key areas of expertise is the design of amphibious vehicles, a field in which we have developed significant technical knowledge over the years. We successfully apply the unique perspective and practical experience gained here across other design disciplines as well.
Whether it’s the design, construction, or conversion of new or existing floating structures—or the related regulatory procedures—we are committed to delivering reliable, solution-oriented engineering services backed by broad professional experience.
